1 General Terms & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a bat8777 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles bat8777 to suspend or permanently close your account without notice.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one bat8777 account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. bat8777 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, bat8777 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately
• Void all bets and casino game outcomes made from duplicate accounts
• Forfeit any bonus funds or promotional winnings associated with duplicate accounts
• Withhold withdrawal requests pending a full investigation

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bat8777 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bat8777 strongly recommends:

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bat8777 platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that market, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

6.1 Cricket & Sports Betting

Live and pre-match cricket betting markets at bat8777 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Test matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. Odds are subject to change in real time during live markets. All bets are settled in accordance with bat8777's official cricket rules, which are published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding settlement, bat8777's decision is final.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on the bat8777 platform — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live-stream technology. • Using the bat8777 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to bat8777 at any time
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any bat8777 software or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bat8777 support staff or other players
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such bugs must be reported immediately to [email protected]

bat8777 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities in the event of suspected criminal activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bat8777 will take immediate action including account suspension, fund seizure, and referral to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any bat8777 player may request permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing an account, bat8777 will process any outstanding withdrawal requests to verified payment methods. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder

Where an account is closed by bat8777 due to a breach of these Terms, bat8777 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the funds held in the account pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation will be communicated to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Limitation of Liability

bat8777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat8777 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bat8777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses attributable to technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions outside bat8777's reasonable control
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind arising from use of the bat8777 platform
• Losses resulting from a player's reliance on information published on the bat8777 platform that subsequently proves inaccurate
• Any tax obligations arising from winnings — players are solely responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes on winnings in their jurisdiction

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

bat8777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bat8777 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Continued use of the bat8777 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the bat8777 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.1 above.
